XM246 is generally too op, as is every other anti-everything spaa. it needs to be nerfed int oblivion or removed from the game.

APHE changes would not make 35mm APHE any less busted. You go from getting 1 tapped to 3 tapped, and those guns fire at upwards of 600rpm, so you are dead in a very similar amount of time regardless.
