they are trying to give each nation their own flavor instead of all nations having the same set up of a couple of top tier MBTs, a couple of IFVs, a couple of top tier spaas. and i agree with that because minor nations can’t compete with major ones and will fade away after sometime, they are reinforcing the wheely and fast characteristic of italian tree. and that’s why if there is 1 soviet vehicle i agree to be in italian tree its the hungarian used BTR80.
it seems like a gaijin’s habit to add a few too many when they want to introduce copy paste into italian tree, i remember when they added american stuff they were mostly needed except m3a3, same story now with soviet stuff. i can understand all the vehicles added to some extent except 2s1 and zsu-57-2.

I’m quite happy to have Hungary added. It adds spice to the usual Italian styles, and makes getting a wide range of vehicles easier cause you keep the crews instead of starting all over with a new nation. Is it a bit copy paste, yes but it’s going to a tree that has been lacking for a while. And before certain people jump on me for my tech tree progress, I have researched the Centauro 105 ROMOR, Ariete AMV, Sidam 25 Mistral, and Freccia.
If you remove everything else then it is not even a sub tree anymore because there are like three unique vehicles left.
To be honest though i don’t even have any interest in this poorly implemented sub-tree, there is really nothing to look forward to.
The only best sub-tree Gaijin did was the South Africa, now that was some good addition to the British tech tree, plenty of vehicles that were not in the game before.
And then they started to downgrade since the Finnish tree, with a bunch of outdated copy-pasted vehicles that they didn’t even bother to update with HD quality texture.
But i’m sorry, i don’t think Gaijin care so this post will not change their mind because they don’t want the Lynx to be easily unlockable. I have been through similar situation, you can not do anything about it.

So? I don’t care if there was only 1 unique Hungarian vehicle, me and the vast majority of Italy players do not want these copy-paste Soviet vehicles.
And how would this make the Lynx easily unlockable? Not only would they still have to grind or can already buy their way up to Rank VII, Gaijin could just move it after the Freccia. This does not need to be a separate line.

No it doesn’t. A wheeled 7.3 vehicle goes somewhere there’s no lineup and where the nearest vehicles are also wheeled, light tanks. The T-72M1 goes into one of Italy’s strongest lineups. The Leo 2A4 goes into 10.3, again, no line-up unless you up tier the 10.0 lineup.

I’ve never done it about plain progress, only when people who’ve hardly played the tree or premium rushed it run in with an authoritative opinion. For example, people who have never played an Ariete calling it the “worst vehicle ever,” or people who think literally only the Centauros are useable.
For example, someone having like 500 battles in the MTCA or VRCC, but half as many in the other 8.0 vehicles, which looks like you started 1-vehicle lineups with premiums and hardly played the tree, or when they have negative KDs in some of the most meta vehicles. It tells me they either can’t or don’t want to actually play Italy, they just want the German/Soviet vehicles in the tree so they can rush to X “meta” vehicle.

Well it would be hard to find them. I consider someone an “Italy player,” if they actually do a well rounded review of all the vehicles. They don’t have to have a 5 KD or no premiums, they just need to actually play the lineups.
I think my stats would be a good indicator, I have almost all the premiums, but they were never my most important vehicle. The TT always came first. I don’t have “godlike stats,” but they’re okay. I don’t really care about someone’s stats as long as they acknowledge it influencing their opinion. I have friends with 2+ KDs in the Ariete and Ariete PSO, and they don’t go “it’s a godlike vehicle,” they say “It’s useable, it’s not the best and it lags behind, but it’s not horrible.”
Also, I think some people on forums consider it bad form to pester people in DMs about a vote, but I’ve not used these forums long enough to really have a feel.

All the more reason to do it. Seriously, I could also participate in a possible survey as I have played at least half of the Italian terrestrial tech tree. (I’m at 7.3 rn)

Bro, they already made up their mind, the little Hungarian tree is the highlight of this update, so no, i don’t think they will get rid of this branch and then merging the Lynx into the same TT as the Freccia.
Take my word, it will not happen. You will need to grind through all the C&P vehicles to get to it.
I dont see how you guys can doubt any change happening when this entire “Roadmap” came after community demands. Gaijin “made up their minds,” and even defended their decision with that original update earlier this year, and now look at all the changes they’ve implemented.
I don’t care about the grind or getting the Lynx, I don’t care if they give Italy some made-up Leopard 2A10 that’s nigh-invincible. the Italian community does not want these. If you don’t think change can happen then that’s your opinion, you can keep it.

The reason for my piss and the main problem is because these cuckolds have made up their minds to make posts about Italian vehicles every day of their lives to enrich the nation and the ignorance of you idiots, these people @Il_Signor_Regio @ImportantSimone5 @mc205v (I may have forgotten someone, sorry), they’ve been pissed off making suggestions only to have them rejected or eliminated for the slightest bullshit, but the pissing thing is that there are a lot of suggestions that have been beautifully ignored in favor of copy paste, why? There are such wonderful original vehicles that someone has to explain to me why they weren’t accepted, why do we have to have wagons that no Italian has asked for??? He has this point, I want a T-90 added to France or a Type-10 added to America, so that sounds like good reasoning, right?

I spent not only the time to make the suggestions, but also money to buy books and technical manuals, to be as precise as possible, not for this I should be rewarded but at least considered.

Maybe because Gaijin don’t care about real italian vehicles? Gaijin only care about italian most famous vehicles, stop. If I for example, made a suggestion about captured vehicles, Gaijin maybe can care because it’s 90% copy and paste. But if the vehicles is original, Gaijin throw the suggestion out of the table. “Too much work” the will say.
