Remove Spall liner modules/add them as a property to the external armor

Spall liners have been very buggy, even after many months of updates and patches. I believe spall liners should not be their own module but be a property added to the armor itself. This would allow small caliber ammo to pass through the armor, still reduce the spall but not completely evaporate the round. In many cases, stuff like that t90 and strv will be penetrated and the spall liner will just disappear. This should not happen

You can see in the video one shot destroys the spall liner but negates the round. The third shot also disappears in the already destroyed spall liner. This should not happen. What it should do is pass through the spall liner like it wasn’t there but have a reduction of spall entering the crew cabin.

The third shot hit roof/tracks. The third round never penned the side armor because it didn’t have enough pen after bouncing a few times.

It bounces down, then bounces off the track. It should not pen and didn’t pen.
If you aimed lower it would’ve penned.

The 2nd round hits and destroyed the spall liner and the round continues through.
The first seems to have never made a direct hit to begin with, and continues through despite being a high angle.
