You learn by going up the ranks rather than skipping everything.
Perposterous!
What an unreasonable thing to expect people to do!
:P
This. People buying their way into tiers where they don’t belong. Just because you watched Tom Cruise in Top Gun doesn’t mean you’re him.
Just notch bro
lol, avg level 1 player pays immediately for top tier only to get absolutely destroyed. Next time u think of paying, remember to get some game experience first. Going straight to top tier will be such a grind and u will have no fun, u just gotta play a lot to get the hang of it. And no, radar missiles shouldn’t be removed from the game
mhm
Blud if you think you fa18 of 12.7 suffers you dont want to try the fa-e or fa C you are gonna unstalled the game or something, just try to use them in grb or more to flanker fly low see you radar and trust in you aim7p
We don’t need a second tiger_tank_1
Skipping that many BR’s and going straight to the top means that you have jumped over a lot of steps of learning. Playing through the trees from bottom to the top at least once gives you a chance to learn a lot of basic steps that becomes second nature by the time you start to see radar missiles, this means that you have to think and focus less on other things as they will be muscle memory at that point. Jumping BR’s like you have tends to result in things getting overwhelming relatively quickly and result in a lot of otherwise avoidable deaths.
No defence is a complete solution on it’s own, you have to combine them to get the best chance of surviving. Think of each defensive thing you can do as a thing that lowers your risk of dying by 15-20% , if you only do one it’s not going to help much, but if you do 3-4 of them at the same time you have a MUCH better chance of surviving.
-
Don’t rush straight in at the start, if you are high up and first in then many enemies will target you at the same time.
-
Notch, turn 90 degrees from where the missile is coming so that it has to turn and lose speed and energy, depending on how far away the missile is you can even do a second 180 degree turn so that the missile has to do a really big turn and lose even more speed.
-
When you are in the notch, dropp Chaff (flares do nothing against radar missiles) and turn away from the missile, if it’s still chasing you then notch again in the other direction. Repeat this as many times as you need.
-
Dive down, missiles travel slower lower down where the air is more dense, when they are out of fuel they quickly slow down but you can still accelerate when the missile can’t.
-
Multipath, be below 60m above the ground, the close the better. This makes it harder for the missile to track you and makes it’s proximity fuse trigger against the ground/trees instead of your plane.
In the F/A-18?
The amount of grind aside there is a progression system for a reason, you typically learn by starting with AIM-7Cs and R3Rs that are far less dangerous and work your way up through the more deadly missiles, jumping straight into facing AIM-120s, R-77s PL-12 and MICAs is asking for a rough time.
need to say is the way to get kills to bomb 1 base get 1 or 2 of them
[btw is more SL and XP]
Ah, ok.
But one can carry incendiaries for one base, and still have 7-8 AAM’s to get kills…
And F-117 is ASF/dogfighter? :)
Anyway the point is whenever 18C early is or is not attacker and thus could napalm bomb, issue is from purely gameflow point of view.
Hornets are too slow to base bomb.
need 3 incendary if i remember in my F/A 14.0 hmm i think the bases of 12.7 i less so maybe just 2 aaand if i remember the fa premium HAVE 2 GBUS SOOOO do it in grb
Hehe, a yes, the US really managed to confuse whole generations with that one, eh? = )
Still, there is no question of a doubt about the Hornet’s multirole design, capabilities and usage…
No, you also need 3x Mk.77 for a base at 12.7 (at least in Sim), so you’ll need to bring 2x 2 Mk.77, best on the inner pylons so you can load Sidewinders on the outer ones.
is the same in arb bro i try to play F/A-18 non prem 14.0 but bro is hard with the missiles untill if they are sim or arb
