Imagine this: you’re playing realistic, and you get shot, heavily damaged, you can clearly not fly but because you were in let’s say a Bf-109 you climbed very high up, now the enemy decided not to finish you off, you decide to J out, you look at your sl count: “Hmmm, that’s weird, it’s 6k lower even though I was only in that match for 3 minutes and my maximum repair cost is 8k” you check the economics tab and it says
earned: 2000sl
repair cost: 8000sl
total: -6000
why you ask? because you J-d out, I wish I was joking, this might have been made to prevent teamkilling but it’s kind of a bad prevention method… now ofcourse you might say “it’s but 6k” yea sure, until you get to toptier, now it’s 12k, and for all those non-premium players it doesn’t get refunded, because with jets it can be 10 times worse

your saying 6K in a bf109 when the first BF109 cost less than 1k SL thats not possible you don’t need a premium to have SL and why would you climb “very high” in a prop losing 6k SL is nothing when I can lose 7 million SL to gambling crates

and third of all, it’s not about what you, a veteran, need, lose, or think, it’s about the greater picture, ofcourse you won’t have trouble with it
and last but not least, I mentioned premium as it refunds repair cost if it causes you to lose sl
Repair costs is not a “penalty for leaving aircraft”
you don’t get it, you could play for for example 3 minutes, leave your aircraft before the game says that you “can J out” and then get a maximum repair cost even though you played only those 3 minutes
Why does that even matter? Just play the game
because as I just mentioned, not everyone has premium, not everybody is great at the game, not everybody has millions of SL to spare and mainly it’s stupid losing 12k sl which is about 2-3 kills at 12.0 over just J-ing out

most your KDs are above 1 and your level 64 bro still complaining about repair cost the only time I was almost cooked on repair cost is when I gambled the crates have 1k SL left unable to repair my jets and just had to play 1 T58 arcade game (yet it is a premium) but it gave me 30k SL and I wasn’t even good the I have gotten thousands of SL without premuim vehicles this is just a quite silly post bro
indeed, my k/d’s are above 1, but it is still very frustrating when you’re grinding for a jet which can cost over a million sl (incase you forgot) and after getting 20k in a match lose 12k because you were to lazy to wait for the game to graciously let you J out, the grind is hard enough as is without having to worry about getting random max repair costs yknow?
all I’m saying is it’s stupid and kinda unfair and has no real reasoning behind it besides maybe “preventing teamkills” which is honestly kinda stupid…
never had that problem because I have 3 vehicles over 2 million all time SL which says a lot because my stats would say I don’t get any rewards from games which is misleading when I can make 800k SL from a 1-2 hour session “but its a premuim” yes it is but that would have been 150k SL atleast without all the premuim bonus yea repair cost are kinda annoying but you must factor that when making a massive purchase in game
it wouldn’t be a 150k, did you ever actually read all the premium bonusses? and do you realise there is a huge discrepancy between the growth in rewards and the repair cost? yea repair costs are annoying, but I deal with them specifically, I don’t want to randomly ontop of that get 9k penalty every time I’m too lazy to stay in a game
also, speaking of premium, I assume you use both premium vehicles AND premium, that multiplies, exponents are pretty basic knowledge and as we both know scaling with them is really quick

there are 0 beifits of repair cost its just annoying but SL is the easiest thing I have ever done in this game when my premuim time for T58 ran out I was still pulling a big chunk of SL
iirc J-ing out somehow makes you incure the maximum repair cost every time, which I personally do think is dumb. Preventing J-outs should be through incentives like Crashed Rewards, not repair costs.
