Remove or add option to disable killcams in GRB

Isn’t helping out the losing side a good thing?

IMO I think the current implementation of kill cams is good and shouldn’t need to be changed. As someone else mentioned it’ll also make hackers more obvious, which is good.

No for exploiting camping, especially with a thrid person view, its impossible to beat without CAS.

Depends on who you ask.
Maybe we should also give them 150 SP on death so they can spawn more.

You’d still be able to watch full kill cams after the game is over, so hackers aren’t going anywhere.

What ?

Sounds more like skill issue rather than actual thing

Edit: truth hurts

You and me already discussed that, and your playstyle confirmed it

Don’t remember not to mention that my playstyle doesn’t resolve around camping but rather rushing

If you are in constant movement and even changing cover spots, you shouldnt worry about kill cam.

If you stay in the same camping spot for a very long time, expect to be punished. Like IRL!!!

Why should anyone change their spot if that spot allows them to control important sightlines ?
No one teleported there, so every spot is earned fair and square.

Because letting the entire enemy team know your exact location isn’t a great idea if you want to live.

So you would rather sit in the same exact spot and complain people know where you are?? hmm

That’s up to the player to decide.
You’ll first need to locate someone and then try to get rid of them.

The problem lies when people that had no idea where you are suddenly learn that just by looking at the kill cam. I doubt that’s fair.

How someone needing at least 2 or more spawns to try find a camper its even fair? And thats if the player even finds him, considering the enemy can just hide behind a rock or hill and wait for you to get distracted and earn another dirty kill.

And most of it its map design and thrid person fault. This also applies for spawncamping.

But anyway, you have ground sim around the corner, which also do not have third person view.

People being lemmings is the problem here.
I’ve seen people just hold W to really, really good spots just because the enemy team made a lemming train and now controls only 20% of the whole map.

It’s their own fault at that point and they shouldn’t receive any freebies.

If they’re somewhere obviously oppressive, then spotting them usually isn’t difficult. If they’re hard to spot, then the areas they can cover are typically limited.

Well for example you can see Karelia, Fulda (extended), Fields of Normandy, Western Europe, and Pradesh mainly.

I remember one time in Fulda spawncamping the enemy using a small cover of a road, peeking and hidding. If I were the enemy, it would have been impossible to spot me without the killcam (it took 3 spawns to finally kill me).

It is because game should be easy and not require any kind of thinking.

I belive that after You die to someone, You should be granted immortality against that person (CAS costs more than base SP, meaning most fail to gather 600 SP). /s
