2s1 have the same if not better round at the same br and much better mobility yet ppl dont care for that
yes but other than that they cant do much all im saying is that m51 is in a similar boat where the gun is the only boon it has

I mean Panzer IV chassis is ok and since the armor is so thin, most shells wont even fuse on Sturer and Dicker
Tell that to my Conq yesterday. Apparently didn’t get the memo because there were quite a few times where center mass shots didn’t OHK.

This is just wrong. The Tiger turret is significantly better than the M51.

It also has a harder time using it’s rounds due to very poor gun depression and gun handling.
It’s reload is also sub par.
I did. The Tiger 1’s turret is objectively stronger than the M-51. The only way that you can say that the Tiger’s turret is “weaker” is if you are only comparing the M-51’s ability to pen the Tiger with the Tiger’s ability to penetrate the M-51.
Obviously the heat round with 400 mm of pen will have better penetration against the tiger’s turret than the AP round with 150mm of pen will have against the M-51’s turret. That does not mean that the M-51 has a better turret overall. Most vehicles will struggle more against the Tiger’s turret than against the M-51.
