I’ll take your word for it then
Thats just my opinion his may differ if its a playstyle thing but thats just my opinion. I think its a okay vehicle but ill never touch it again after playing it at 7.7 and 8.0 since its just worse than most options available at those BR’s
ZSU-37-2 is imo the most well rounded, the chassis leaves a bit of mobility to be desired but its got a great gun and being able to have a steady stream of bullets with a bit of deviation helps with spray since all the radar are wobbling constantly.
I found the ZSU-37-2 to be inferior to the ZSU-23-4, personally, but its a decent SPAA otherwise
I agree in that the 23-4 is a better spaa, more bullets and fire rate help a lot in taking aircraft down but in the multi role function like that of the veak where you can engage in MBT’s the 37-2 is better than the 23-4, but its nice to have both which many nations dont have and even more so if you have the 7.3 23-4 but thats nore so a M163 equivalent imo
same
Still waiting for some lol vehicles like hmmvw or uaz
That would be funny, maybe i would even grind it out to try it.
But still i stand on only good side, that spaa should fight against planes, not tanks
Why do you need apds? Isn’t HE rounds better for shooting down planes?
To be fair the better velocity of m919 would make it’s gun better against planes
Thats fine with me!
Great,looking forward to it
I must add that many modern AA like 20mm ciws have apds or APFSDS rounds as it has better range and ballistics, which is why I’m not really opposed to adding more of those rounds
I think that would be a good thing as it would allow SPAA to drop back to it’s intended BR and provide much needed AA cover there
It might. Im not against it, i agree that gap needs filling, though at the same time. The Falcon is really fun played in the anti-tank role.
Its where dynamic BRs or a second Falcon with no APDS would be the best solution. Allow the best of both worlds.
I’m only saying that it has been nice in some nations to finally get a gap filling AA only to see it get catapulted up the BR level due to it’s effectiveness as AT ,French DCA being a prime example. Granted it’s hardly breaking news : )
I always suggested two variants of each SPAA ,one with AT ammo and one without and so taking two separate BRs and filling two gaps with one vehicle.Kind of made sense to me especially in lesser nations.
Yeah, it would be good and yeah it happens way too often. with Britain, with how many SPAA we have stacked ontop of each other. Its pretty clear Gaijin over or under estimated many SPAA
Sounds like a sensible gap filler to me.I mean take the Italian M42 Contraereo. It has tiny amounts of Ammo which is presumably where its BR status comes from mostly but give it much more ammo and it could be a very effective SPAA at higher BR and give Italy much needed cover there as well.I mean if it matters you could do this to keep in touch with History rather than throw in totally out of context modern AA against WW2 planes.
Gaijin never seem to think it through
Well, with the ammo crates, could just be a simpe solution to give it 2. Then its not even ahistorical
Bad guns and not enough other features to compensate for that.
Ok, I’ll take your word for it
It was very good with its HE-VT round
same update in which they nerf the accuracy
Why?
in general its too accurate ingame, but apds specifically the bmp2 doesnt seem to be able to fire it accurately without making modifications to the muzzle brake(and the patent to do so is from 2022 which is 16 years from when they stopped producing them)
