This image is inane, CAS outranges SPAA. Saying that SPAA can counter CAS when it’s able to engage you outside of its range disingenuous at best.
Further, Fighters aren’t able to first spawn. You have to choose between CAS / Fighter. This is not something many players do. For this chart to be accurate fighters would need to be able to intercept CAS before they reach the board. Currently that is not the case.
So basically after this, the discussion went so far off the rails it’s underwater. If you’re looking for discussion about the pros and cons of removing air spawn from GRB, you’re not going to find it.
Because using a tank against a tank requires you to have skills.
Using a plane against a tank requires nothing. It is a simple way Gaijin uses to keep people playing the game.
You are trash at the game, and don’t want to learn to play? No problem, just use CAS!
Because even if they say, that the current mode is good, the reason is this:
The current reasong is good for them, because they are either:
1, bad with tanks, and need CAS to get tank kills
2, They are good with tanks (rare occurance), but they like the power they have over the helpless tanks.
3, Combination of points 1 and 2.
Their problem with this separate mode is, that all of the players, who want fair play will go to the tank only mode.
Who will stay in the current ones? Those, with tha points 1, 2 and 3.
How will an average match look like there? Everyone would try to get into a plane as fast as possible. Cap rushing, early kills, etc.
Those, who can’t get enough SP, will just leave after 1 death.
Those, who can get into a plane will get into it.
So, after a few minutes, there literally would be no ground units in the match. And since they want to abuse ground units, they could not, if there is none of them.
Why dont you join the nerf CAS club instead of being negative about ever nefing CAS post, if all these nerfing CAS posts got implemented CAS would be a lot weaker and you can still be the boss of the TO club
