Counterpoint, SPAA should gain a something similar to console aim assist+aiming against planes using a controller is much harder than with a mouse.
to bad if you want to game for real get a PC console is pop

There is nothing preventing console players to just plug in a kb and mouse. Remove the tracking.

Target tracking should not exist no matter.
No SPAA or tank should get a free aim assist to get shots on target, its just unsportsman.
years ago i used to play WoT Blitz on the nintendo switch and there was a target tracking in that game, to say the least it was blatantly overpowered there just as it is here
If players who use an aimassist wish to have an assist for their control method of choice it should be limited to lobbies where everyone has that setting on.
Im tired of a single bullet knocking out my planes engine by a random roof mounted maching gun or spaa noob. if they dont have the skill to actually hit the target they dont deserve to hit

Is it present in all ground modes like arcade, realistic and sim? Is it in air and naval? I would think it would not be available in modes like sim or realistic.
Its only for arcade mode do you get that same as pc you cant click on a target OTHER than an aircraft which it will work for arcade and realistic. A huge issue that people dont realize is that sites that sell special assist’s for this game also sell a console ID so people playing realistic think that guy that snapped to target like he has a I win button are just another consoler with a target tracking button which isnt real.

it dosent do that in realistic both pc and console same except aircraft I am consoler I know the real reason why people think they can tho.

Just go into a test sail in any vessel & look up at the aircraft & click onto its grey box, that’s all it’s & it’s a bit more limiting in ground battles due to hard cover.

Extremely minor thing that shouldn’t bother you, and if it does, you’re probably complaining about dying in general more than the console player on an xbox controller using aim assist

well ppl have it on in RB tank battles a guy comes driving nose front and out of nowere turns his cannon and fire to a small window to 1 shot a team mate late on other constole do the samm just in to a wall
