Reload of the PzH 2000

The soviets got kinda screwed over in this update too. They got a BMD that should’ve been TT instead of being locked behind a paywall, and a Su-33 that suffers from BR compression.

Oh yeah I saw that, 13.3 with no ARH missiles? Seems like a death sentence ngl.

Well it seems as if we got a small thing going now they have changed the reload rate now to a steady 10 second reload WITH autoloading. Yet still the PZH 2000 lacks compared to any other Artillery system in teh game i really do not know why Gaijin is trying so hard to not give us at least teh 7.5 second reload or even the 6 second reload. So long have people been waiting for the PZH 2000 and what does one know gaijin fully fucks it up by ingoring any form of evidence about its abilities yet loves to go for the smalles of documents or unoffical reports of some russina made stuff to add to teh game

they still have yet to add its spall iners or its good rounds

They will(official) add a 5sec reload but only for 2 rounds and after that it’s a 10 sec one it’s a good first thing at least even if it’s not the 7.5 after the ready rack…

i woulda just been fine with a 7.5s flat reload like the plz 05, type 99, auf a1. instead its the same reload as the type 75. dont get their logic with making it worse than the plz 05.

Well, the PZH2000 now has its 5.0s reload rate, and 8s without first-stage ammunition.

I think it would be fine at 8.0, considering it generally is a better PLZ05 now, and is on somewhat equal terms with the VIDAR. Although, I think both the PZH2000 and VIDAR should be 8.3 by now.

Vidar has thermals, slightly better mobility and better armor. They would be equal more or less only if the pz2000 got thermals

VIDAR reloads slower as well.

I think the 5s reload (instead of 6s (has to be aced)) makes up for the slightly worse mobility and thermals.

Armour on the PZH’s turret is roughly 30mm on the turret, while the VIDAR’s is roughly 35mm. Both can reliably stop 50.cals, so I think the difference in armour is pretty insignificant at that point.

I heard from some people that PZH can stop up to 14.5mm so if that buff gets through, PZH will have better armor. At that point those two should be neck and neck, one trading thermals for some reload speed.

In the current state of the game, PZH definitely needs to go up to 8.0 with VIDAR (maybe) going to 8.3.

This thing certainly does not stop 50cal, I’ve died to them the few games I’ve played.

Probably the only thing it has over it

pzh2000 needs to be lowered in BR because its just a wanna be Bkan but very overtiered and also the reload is completely wrong the only thing that it has going for it is the rangefinder which is totally irrelevant for anyone that knows the ranges

“Some people” being virtually every source on the vehicle, including the Bundeswehr’s own website and technical brochure on the PzH explicitely stating “protected against 14.5mm Machine-gun fire”

It also still has entirely the wrong ammunition, missing some shelltypes, and 3/4 rounds it has are absurdly underperforming in terms of velocity.

Honestly at this point I’m glad they gave us a decent reload and am happy with the change. Idk why you guys are still complaining.

thats the worst mentality that u could have EVER, this is why gaijin permits to just abuse players with high premium prices, unacceptable balancing and so on

we r like begs going around and if gaijin drops a seed now ur gonna buy all of the christmas packs, no??

???
You probably mean the lack of side armour, but it’s completely immune to 50.cal from the front, which is on par (in terms of frontal armour) with the Vidar and PLZ05. Of course, the Vidar is 50.cal proof from all sides.
However, the reverse speed on the PZH 2000 is 60km/h instead of just 40km/h on the VIDAR, as well as better turret rotation speed.

And a 5s reload is very nice.
They should both be 8.3 by now.
