pzh2000 needs to be lowered in BR because its just a wanna be Bkan but very overtiered and also the reload is completely wrong the only thing that it has going for it is the rangefinder which is totally irrelevant for anyone that knows the ranges
“Some people” being virtually every source on the vehicle, including the Bundeswehr’s own website and technical brochure on the PzH explicitely stating “protected against 14.5mm Machine-gun fire”
It also still has entirely the wrong ammunition, missing some shelltypes, and 3/4 rounds it has are absurdly underperforming in terms of velocity.

Honestly at this point I’m glad they gave us a decent reload and am happy with the change. Idk why you guys are still complaining.

You probably mean the lack of side armour, but it’s completely immune to 50.cal from the front, which is on par (in terms of frontal armour) with the Vidar and PLZ05. Of course, the Vidar is 50.cal proof from all sides.
However, the reverse speed on the PZH 2000 is 60km/h instead of just 40km/h on the VIDAR, as well as better turret rotation speed.
And a 5s reload is very nice.
They should both be 8.3 by now.

only if they add spall liner, saphe and l15a1 like the type 99 uses. the m107 and m107 vt velocity is getting buffed for all the l/52 guns so also including vidar which makes the 155mm oe f3 shell useless.

ight the reload is better but still not quite realistic enough
they should just give it its well deserved 4 sec reload for the first 2 reloads and 6 sec reload afterward and uptier it to 8.0/8.3
With that change it should definitely be higher than VIDAR, so 8.3 at the least.

I would not say it is the worst at its BR when at 7.3 the Sholef exists.
Wrong turret traverse, wrong reload, no laser range finder, no thermals (might be a Sholef v2 thing only), I’m pretty sure the engine/transmission is even wrong. Armor on it and all Merkava’s is wrong. Aside from looks pretty much almost everything in the Israeli tree is fictional.
if it were to also get thermals and/or spall liners or whatever other things the pzh is supposed to have, it will definitely get put in 8.0+ which honestly is a shame, I like using it with my maus and 7.7 is an underplayed br for me

should be 7.3 with just the rangefinder or remove rangefinder and put it at 6.7

We don’t need an LRF equipped artillery tank at 7.3.

The spall liners barely help from what I’ve seen.
Just because most things either ammo rack it (like APDS) or just nuke the entire crew with APHE.
The PZH2000 (as it stands) is generally better than the PLZ05, and can be as good as the VIDAR, if not better.
The VIDAR and PZH2000 should have probably went to 8.3 by now.
Bkan has many things missing, like the gun elevation, mobility, and an actual turret. It’s still pretty good at 6.7, though.
pzh should have 14.5mm protection and yet at 1km it gets side penned by a 50cal
