Reload buff for 115mm guns

Currently, for a stock crew, tanks with 115mm guns have a reload of roughly 10-11s. Now, this would be fine, but considering these tanks face others with more competitive 7-8s reloads, this difference, coupled with horrid gun handling, makes them challenging to play. For example, the Object 435 at 8.7 with a 115mm gun has a 10.4s reload with a stock crew, but the Chieftan Mk.3 at 8.7 has a 120mm gun with a shorter reload. I understand Gaijin bases reload speed on what they think should be balanced, but this is not fair.

Therefore, I propose a small buff to their RoF, where the aced reload can stay the same (or go up slightly), but the top reload should be no more than ~9.5s.

Reload speed isn’t dependent only on the calibre of the shell. There are other, much more important factors, such as the weight of the shell, accessibility of ammunition, and space for the loader. A cramped T-62 isn’t going to reload faster than the Chieftain. Therefore, the buff you are proposing is unrealistic. It is also unnecessary; the T-62 is fine at its BR.

Gaijin usually pulls reload speeds from real sources. Only at top tier is reload speed balancing common.
