The vast majority of power positions on all maps rely on a combination of these features so you can make use of them

Yes, they do and it means tanks like the T-80BVM cannot peek hills without getting annihilated before it even has a chance to fire at the opponent, an Abrams can far more safely crest the hill:
In short: You get breeched before you can breech them.
Russian MBT’s having the longest reloads is BS? Name me a 12.7 MBT that has a slower reload than the T-90M.
Strv 122 has superior armour to a T-80BVM and equivalent armour to a T-90M, yet reverses 3x faster than one and 8x faster than the other.
Even the SEP v3 has very similar armour to a T-80BVM now:

The War Thunder meta isn’t about who’s got the best armour, it’s about lethality and mobility. That means vehicles like the M1A2 Trophy, Type 10, Leopard 2A7V, M1A2 SEP v3, etc. perform the best whilst vehicles with poor firepower and poor mobility (T-90M) perform the worst.

If you followed me months ago, you noticed I wasted tons of time arguing with the 2-5 bots permanently present on the forum to defend Russia at all cost. They always have the same fallacious arguments they’re gonna post again and again to defend the indefensible.
I don’t do that anymore. Look at how many likes each big post of the thread has. Hundreds, that’s crazy. Large majority of people understand there is a russian bias, those 2-5 bots are like… insignificant in the popular opinion now. People know
We won the battle of ideas, everybody here and on other social media know there is a balance problem and that Russia is heavily and unfairly advantaged in the game. And that’s the main victory there. Let them talk with each others, nobody’s reading what they’re writing anyway lol.
