Random excuse, because to my knowledge it still has no public “declassification” in that regard
cant even blame gaijin for this one, they went out of their way to find docs only to accidentally stumble across one you would need to email someone from the dod to find out that its still classified

I do agree as i previously had hold of it myself but I was informed it was indeed not allowed to be public and so not only deleted it myself but informed employed gaijin staff, this was back in april of this year

It is real, the metal with circles is structural, which is why Gaijin isn’t relfecting it in the model
