Regarding Germanys abysmal win/loss ratio in ground RB

So I saw that Germany has abysmal win/loss which surprised me since I remembered that I would have quite easy games as Germany personally.
So I decided to try my 5.7 and 6.7 lineups.

Roughly 30 games later I had full uptiers in all 30 games. Did they change matchmaker? And it’s regardles if I play 5.7 or 6.7

What is going on? Back in the days it would be roughly 50/50 for uptiers.
Is there something wrong with my lineup?

6.7 and 7.7 have strong line ups in some nations which causes it. you will have more uptiers in general since the top tier player slots are limited.

Some nations have stronger setup than others (that’s why same vehicle can have different br in different TT). USA and Soviet 6.7-7.7 setup would be strongest there

German players suck

No other reason

For the past two weeks, I’ve been playing the USSR at BR 6.3–7.0, and I have the same impression about Soviet players. Whether I’m teamed up with Germany or fighting against Germany, we keep getting steamrolled and most battles end in defeat.
Previously, when I was playing Germany at BR 6.0–6.7 against the USSR, most battles were a struggle and often ended in losses. Whenever the USSR was on my team, however, matches generally went better and we won more often.

Continues movility nerfs. In the last 3 years Leopard 1 family, Panthers and Tigers ALL suffer movility nerfs.
Lack of movility for example Germany is the only nation in rank 3 without acces to scouting.
Removal of sniping points and brutal lack of maps where Germany tanks shine. Basically 70% of the maps are tinny flat rats mazes surprise suprise very good maps for soviets tanks.
Lack of certian lineups in some key BRs where basically dismatle by Gaijin creating those lienups are filled by more numerous low BRs for example (6.3 7.0 7.3 etc)

If we look how Germany doing before all the nerfs listed we can see they do equal or better than the other nations.

Yeah, let me brawl in my IS-2 lol.

When I played, it was either enemy USSR steamrolled by CAS or tanks, but when they in my team, they don’t use CAS or leave after 1-2 deaths

Perhaps but my stats are quite good despite all the uptiers.
I’d also say half my deaths are due to CAS which in my world doesn’t count.

Anyway my core issue is the constant uptiers, 33 games in a row now. and it’s always a full uptier. logically then my 6.7 lineup might not have constant uptiers, but that’s also not the case, if I play 6.7 Im in 7.7 games.

Explanations:

  • Massive lack of speed in this “capture the point” game. Fast Allied speed teams will always win this.
  • Massive lack of speed makes German tanks vulnerable to flanking and ambush attacks.
  • No scouting until late game.
  • Removal of sniping positions, newly placed vegetation/clutter to reduce LOS, general abundance of close quarter maps. Tanks made for ranged combat have a bad time in WT.
  • Nerfs without adjusting BRs. Panthers and Tigers lost 1/5th to 1/4th of their top speed and engine power over the last years. Still same BR, despite totally outclassed now.
  • German SPAAs generally lack decent pen vs. ground targets. 49mm for the 5.7 ones and 75mm for 6.7 is not sufficient, compared to other nations. Their SPAAs are usually good vs ground and air.
  • Yak-9K, zapp zapp Aphe boom.
  • Disadvantageous ammo rack order, powered by Gajin.

Are you telling me a map like Mozdok or old big Sinai whit you crap gun depression or long reload are better scenearios for IS-2 than the actual spam of completely flat city maps where the problems listed before are not longer a issue???

How the reload speed isn’t even a bigger issue on city maps where chances of you getting pushed and flanked are much higher than on open maps ?

I think you seriously need to think this through as USSR tanks are far from being problematic in WW2 tiers.

In city maps you can shot and hide very fast and crap gun depression is not a problem meawhile in open maps the terrain limited you very often and if you miss the shot you are exposed due the long reload.

And who said that??? i said gaijin is added the same stupid city flat map design because is very good for russian tanks.

You can shoot, hide and then get pushed by a dude in the street next to you because he knows your reload is 25-30s. City mazes are always detrimental to things with long reloads.

And I said they aren’t that good as you think they are for various reasons.

Thats happend if you are alone or you so stupid for push beyond your team. Cherry picking a single situtation dont change the fact the tinny flat maps are much better for you than a open irregular terrain maps.

So Karelia and Mozdok are better maps for play IS-2 or T-34s than Abandoned Town or Alaska ??? hahhahahaha.

I cant wait for another topic saying Tiger 1 a better brawler than Hellcats and city maps are good for Germany WW2 tanks…

So you need your team to handhold you at all times because you simply cannot exist on your own due to your terrible disadvantages ?
Sounds great to play my dude.

I’m cherry picking but you’re the one saying that people should exclusively rely on their average WT teammates in order to stay alive. Good to know lol.

For IS-2 you’re just trading disadvantages at this point.
On former ones your spot choices are limited due to gun depression.
On latter ones your spot choices are limited due to reload speed.

All of that and then add to it your 122mm shells just getting snagged on volumetric or something similar and doing absolutely nothing. But no the 30 second reload is not a disadvantage in city maps somehow

Holy off topic all becuase is to biased for admit this game benefit shamelessly russians over the other nations.

crapijin

Regarding the IS-2 that is just false

You think the IS-2 is bad? ok imagine then without extra biased armor, volumetrics, overperforming APHE and angle penetrations and playing in big open irregular terrain maps LMAO.
