How do you giveaway GEs if the recipient uses a different currency than you?

I never face issue sending GE
Only I can send to PC players

We had to stop our giveaways because of it. No issue until last year.

Problem is trying to gift GEs from a USD based account to someone in the EU or GRB. Was asking since we’d like to resume but apparently Gaijin says you can’t:
