My friend is from USA and I am from EU. He tried to gift me some golden eagles but says ‘‘You can not send gifts to an account that uses a different currency.’’
Is there a solution? When will Gaijin fix it? Its really annoying.
There is nothing to fix, it’s working as intended.

Maybe one of you used VPN and now has incorrect currency in store. Please sort it out with support team.
