The in Game research for ground right now in game is low compared to air battles. Currently, if you play a full premium top tier ground-rb lineup will result about 50-70k research per hour, which in air-rb, if you pay the same effort, it will result you about 100k-120k research per hour. The researching time is really unbalanced between air and ground since ground not even has a longer tech tree overall(also including helicopters), air has significant more research payback than ground. Unlimately, by just bombing a base and crash can earn equal to a 5-6kill game in ground-rb.
this is because ground players let gaijin step all over them, reducing gameplay quality and rewards per action, and they refuse to complain about shitty rewards, whereas air players are more sensitive so if you screw with their rewards they’ll make gaijin regret the action.
The given reason from Gaijin if I recall is that you can only spawn in ARB once, so you gain higher RP for the mode to compensate.
That’s all BS.
I’ve got more RP per hour doing skill-less base bombings than tryharding in GRB with full lineups.
Not to mention that people who only play ARB don’t even need to research half of their TT lol.
I never claimed it was fair, that’s just what I recall Gaijin stating was the reason for it.
The Ground playerbase really is neutered
well that part is already obvious considering they’re choosing to play ground battles in a game that’s obviously better suited for planes from the ground up, quite literally. tanks were an afterthought, that’s why they’re so buggy.
You should delete this because gaijin’s solution will be to nerf air rp gain instead of buffing ground to even them out.
Because people one-death leave in ground & don’t use up their spawn points.
Rewards have a lot of emphasis on time spent, and if your targets are leaving the match early, they’re not only harming their rewards, but also harming the rewards of everyone.
I once had a match in a tank lineup with the same exact reward multipliers as my aircraft, and at the end of the match I got within 5% of the per-minute rewards for the same performance adjusted for the respawn system.
Educating players on rewards in ground RB would be a net positive.
