Ray Tracing is once again extremely unstable.
I contacted support and was instructed to generate and send a dxdiag file. After doing that, I was told to post the issue here on the forum. However, when I actually post here, my threads either get locked or removed, which makes the whole support process feel pointless.
For reference, my GPU is an AMD RX 7800 XT, and this once again looks like a case where AMD users are not receiving proper attention or optimization.
After the previous update I finally thought the performance and stability issues were resolved. The game was running properly for about two weeks, and I was genuinely happy with the improvement. Unfortunately, the problem has now returned and Ray Tracing has become unstable again.
This creates the impression that fixes are either temporary or not properly tested before being pushed live.
I would honestly prefer to be able to praise the developers for the work done on the game, but situations like this make that difficult. Stability and optimization — especially for modern GPUs like the RX 7800 XT — should be a priority.
Also, the support infrastructure itself needs improvement. Even the verification code required to log into this forum took around 30 minutes to arrive via email, which further adds to the frustration when trying to report technical problems.
There are many other games on the market competing for players’ time. Ignoring or discouraging users who are trying to report issues is not a good long-term strategy.
I hope the developers actually look into this issue and address the Ray Tracing instability on AMD hardware, because right now the experience is far from what it should be.

If you have any questions about moderation on the forum then you can send a private message to one of the Forum Moderators. You can find all the teams and the areas they handle listed here: (Who is who and Reporting Procedure). If you don’t get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the list to the original message instead of sending a new message (that way you preserve the date of the message and it doesn’t look like a new request), adding one of the moderators to the message every 2-3 days or so until you get an answer.
Please do not to add the seniors until you have tried all other regular moderators, the Seniors likely won’t answer unless they are added and pinged by the regular moderators but if you’ve added all the regular moderators with no answer then you can add the seniors.
Bug reporting was previously handled on the forum but have since a few years back been moved to a separate platform. You can bug report it here (just search a bit first so that you don’t report something that is already reported and known about): (Gaijin.net // Issues)

Suggestions yes, bug reports no.
If you want to create a suggestion you can do so in the suggestion section here on the forum. That section is however pre-moderated and only posts that follow their rules and guidelines will get posted and it can take a couple of weeks for a post to get reviewed for publication. If it gets accepted and made public it then has a chance to get sent to the developers as a suggestion later on.
As you said, I used the official troubleshooting platform and after I applied the dxdiag file, this “princess” told me to write in the forum. This is just passing the buck. I don’t intend to waste my time writing again because no one will do anything.
Support are there to help you if the issue is on your end, the bug reporting site is there if the issue is with the game, the forums are here for discussing vehicles/mechanics/tips/etc and the suggestions section is there if you have something you want added/changed about the game in the future.
I can’t really judge the response from support if i don’t know what they are responding to. If you for example started talking about things you wanted changed within the game then the answer they gave is correct.
