My main playstyle is shooting 120A/C into furball from 30-20km while flying 8000m-10000m high, many just lost track by a simple turn. In real life most of the furball should be dead since they put themselves in such a low energy state.
Rafale is now again the 2nd best dogfighter after the eurofighter in a gunfight, and gets to be the best with missiles by a larger margin than before. (weight was massively reduced)
Make it 14.7 even if it gets to sit there alone. (I’m not biased, rafale is one of my favourite and most played top-tiers)
Correction, it might be the best gunfighter, might be even marginally better than the eurofighter now. I’m not 100% sure

it’s not our fault if EF-2000 is about 11tons empty, and Rafale about 9.5tons, based on DirectSupport bug report, instead of 9.9tons based on Jane’s documentation.
400kg is a massive difference you know? I’m all for realistic changes but the jet is completelly OP, make it higher BR and I’ll shut up
im 95% sure there is an outstanding bug report to reduce the Typhoons weight by a similar amount. That was submitted about 8 months before the Rafale’s report.

The complaints here are not that the Rafale is realistic, the complaints are about that the Rafale seems to get one Buff/Fix after the next while the reports on the Typhoon get completely ignored

the issue is that they didnt re tune the drag to make it match its IRL turn rate with the reduced weight

But if its weight is accurate, then we’ll just have to get the STR, ITR and supercruise speed buffs instead. Along with CAPTOR-E, ASRAAM/IRIS-T. MMW Brimstones/Spears, PIRATE overhaul, cockpit fixes, etc etc To maintain parity with the Rafale
The plane is also unrealistic and overperforms against known performance metrics. I am currently working on subsequent bug report relating to energy retention and turn rate at high mach numbers. There is new source that I have been made aware of but using it in bug reports wont be feasible until I get a response from Dassault.

Usually minor ones that dont really impact a lot. Took 9 months to get the HMD better modeled, but the HUD/Cockpit is still riddled with issues.
Many FM changes are still outstanding
A bug they had fixed with the IRST is back, preventing any missile being fired via IRST (even when the radar auto-switches)
The Radar is still underperforming quite a bit and Im thinking the fourth “ghosting/reliability” bug report for it is due
Its A2G loadout is just a joke. Not a single report in that regard has been addressed, there is literally a dozen GBU types missing, let alone more recent reports for things like Spice-250s, Brimstone 2s, Spear-Glide, etc etc
So to claim “EF-2000 fixes are still done” sure, technically you are right. But in practice, there is a long long list of report

the ECRS mk0 have been serviced for Kuwait (6 units) and Qatar (10 units) on Tranche 3 EF-2000

ECRS Mk2 1st prototype have been delivered in 2023 (for UK EF-2000)

Rafale has HOBS IR and ARH missile. The Typhoon does not. ASRAAM and IRIS-T would give HOBS parity to the missile already present on the Rafale, MASSIVELY closing the WVR advantage it has that makes it the number 1 aircraft in the game.
Never been an issue before for anything else. Or remind again, was the HMD and 8x MICA fit actually used in service on the French Rafale F3s?
So… If you are saying CAPTOR-E cannot be fitted to the Germany, Italian and British Typhoons because its only been tested… On actual airframes and is actually in service with 2 other nations… That is highly hypocritical
Though we all know its because the Frenchies are scared of other nations getting equal or better radars and they would loose their easy win nature.

ok, but those missiles performances are far better than the current Rafale ones, even more considering you also got AIM-120C’s already
