It’s not. It was 1.4 because the french reporters photoshopped the source. The real source was discovered and it clearly states 1.0 release limit

you got the link to the source and a screenshot. (you can verify the authenticity of the screenshot with a simple text search)
As you can see no mention of m1.4 launch. Someone shamelessly added it and we fell for it
SCALP EG will probably be coming not too far from now, as we already have cruise and stealth missiles, though they still need to add terrain following feature first
Meteor and MICA IR will come when others have their equivalent i would imagine, which should not take too long now
RJ-10 (Stratus RS) is not in production yet and will enter service in the 2030s, so it’s not coming any time soon
