Playing a Gephard and an A-10 is making a run onto me, I press Alt-F to get a lock, and my turr swings 180 deg to lock onto a drone that isn’t that close.
Can this be fixed?
Did you have the drone as the selected radar target?
I did several min earlier, then I broke the lock a few sec later. I had nothing locked over a min before the A-10.

You must of had the drone selected on your radar.
When you press the lock button, it will lock whatever target you have selected on your radar. There is a key bind to change the selected target which you could use. Or you could go into your gunner camera and lock that way.
unless you are looking tru you sight the radar locks the highlighted target (the one with 2 vertical lines bracketing it), not the one you are looking at

Yeah if you have more than one target on the radar and you can see what you want to shoot at just switch to scope and look at it then lock. The only way to make sure you lock what you want.
