Radar gunsights are not working at all in most of planes that should have them. Not a single french plane from tier 5 to 7 has functioning radar sight(but also half of sights are half workying anyway). In some planes locking onto enemy will even further missalign gyro sight instead of correcting it.
On AN APG 30 bug thread gaijin employee stated “but in the cockpit this sight works when a target is inserted into the sight.” which is not true at all, many state it works in sim mode in which such function does not work like in any other mode.
