Personally, I do not believe he is trying to “police” anyone; he makes a suggestion to counter racism (or something along that line), and that is it.
What is the issue with his profile picture? It was given at a past event. I believe it is about time for you to quit criticizing others on unrelated topics.
Xenophobia is defined as “dislike of or prejudice against people from other countries”. I think anyone at this stage who is mature enough should fully understand this word.
Staff do so every time that we find Racist comments and or they are reported…
And guess what ? they tend to be very unreliable, and Gaijin has no Faith in such things… Gaijin wants Humans at the helm… otherwise there would be Tens of Thousands of unnecessary Bans each and every day…
Unreliable… and Gaijin wants Humans to be in control… since we understand things soo much better than automated mechanics… we have the Human element… we know better…
And I have personally seen automated mechanics work in the past… and they tend to get things sooo very wrong and makes far more work for support Staff to untangle… and adds Stress to the community that are unnecessarily affected by automation…
And that is not the end of the punishment from there…
And also, anyone can be banned immediately for whatever reason… so no second chances for them…
So, again… we know much better than Automated systems, we know what is said and for what reason and why something was said… we understand Human behavior far better than automated systems do…

how we define Xenophobia, is that "dislike of or prejudice against people from other countries”… and all of the Religious and other customs / complications / implications from the many countries from around the world, that is why we have Staff on duty from all over the world in control, since they know their own customs better, they know what is right and wrong from their own culture and how to distinguish / interoperate that from our own Rules for our Forum and Game Rules
So… there is no Automated system in the world that can do that work correctly… I have seen, and the Staff have seen how Automated systems get things soo very wrong in the past… and they just create much more work than what is necessary…
