Ra'am Sagol is the Merkava 3D/ Merkava Mk 1 will ever move to the Israeli tree?

Is the Ra’am Sagol the Merkava 3D and will the Merkava Mk 1 will ever get move to the Israeli tree?

Gaijin doesn’t seem to want to add the specific variants that were event vehicles for the USA to the Israeli tree for some reason, but there are other sub variants we could receive.
Also yes the Ra’am Segol is essentially a Merkava Mk.3D fitted with some extra smoke grenades ingame.

Tbf gaijin shouldn’t keep the event vehicles out of the Israeli ground TT, as those event vehicles being in the US tree make them unique enough alone. Just add them to the Israeli TT already gaijin lmao, it’s so dumb it’s funny.

Not only that but MK 1 is 9.0. That would fill the gap in the Merkava line.
Also, this is my advancement so far.

Would you be up for a Squad sometime as well?

Tbf there’s a 9.0 Sho’t and magach for that area, but yes they would be quite nice for those who are fine with rocking a Merkava mk.1 that lacks thermals and only has M111.
Orrrrrr Merkava Magach :PPP (but that’s probably a 8.7 vehicle lmao)

I saw the suggested Prototype מֶרְכָּבָה/מגח. Very cool

Its not just an isreal thing its all event vehicles. As Smin stated some vehicles will not go to their respective trees so some older nations are just kinda fucked. A lot of those vehicles could fill lineups or holes but gajin would rather not bother with that.

Well we have copy paste vehicles in multiple trees while being identical in literally every way, don’t see why gaijin can’t add these to their respective trees anyway. Hopefully they change their minds someday.

As i was told as to why the hawk in the german tree cant go to finland is because they just dont feel like they should get it. Guess that means no KV-1B or merkava since the parent nation doesnt need their vehicle

Reminder that the Sho’t Kal Dalet was in the British tree but was removed after the Israeli tree was added, and it ended up getting added there :P

(Also that info related to gaijin adding vehicles to specifically fill gaps and holes in the TT, Germany needed a vehicles like the Swiss hunter around that BR with the strike capabilities and air to air capabilities it had. It was a perfect fit and gaijin knew that, which is why it was added. There is no Swiss tech tree or subtree currently, so it is allowed to go wherever they deemed fit, however an Israeli exists and the Merk Mk.1 and Mk.3D belong there.

Not an event vehicle though

Does it really change much? The Swiss hunter isn’t an event vehicle tho…

A Merkava Mk.3D in the American TT and a Merkava Mk.3D in the Israeli TT would be different. They function the same, but their matchmakers would be different, their lineups would be different, and their experience would be different as well. I see no logical reason to not add one to the Israeli TT, I mean the Ra’am Segol exists already and doesn’t cause any problems (even tho it’s slightly different it’s still a Merk Mk.3D and functions nearly identically to the Event Mk.3D in literally every way except smoke grenade deployment…)

Yes because gajin states old premiums that could be bought will go to their respective tree. Just not event vehicles as that diminishes their value.

I don’t think they “stated” that, but hey feel free to. Prove me wrong :P

What vehicles that have been event have come back? No name changes exact vehicles. None, only vehicles that could be bought have come back.

That would likely be because a situation like this hasn’t existed before.

Merkava Mk 2 B

They aren’t the same. The US versions dont get the same ammo.

No.

The Chinese Type 62 and LVT ZiS-2 were event vehicles for Russia and US respectively and were added as tech tree tanks for China.

I still think your on the right track though, Gaijin has never said anything specifically regarding Event-to-Tech tree vehicles, and the Merkavas are much higher tier with more market value.

I think market value and velue to a TT take precedent. HA 75-2 was stated that it will never be added to finland because they dont need it.

KV-1B has a high market value and sweden could’ve gotten it a TT heavy yet gaijin went out of their way to add literally anything but that. Market value seems to take the bigger hand in whether it gets added.
