You would be surprised to know how many missiles IRL have 100% hit rate (0), so by that logic every missile in the game would get a massive nerf.
F14A came with the Danger Zone update on the 15th of June 2022 and the 27ER came not with the Apex Predators update, but a while AFTER it (23rd of December 2022) because gaijin added the F16 ADF that they themselves acknowledged made the Mig 29 irrelevant, so they prenerfed the flight performance and gave it the 2 27ERs

no they didnt, in air rb mig 29 had a much better flight model on release
they gave it 27ER because R73 wasnt ready to be added despite being on dev so they took those away but gave it 27ER

Mig-29 FM nerf would not come until many months later with the sons of Attila patch release, however it quickly got R-27ER after the release of Apex Predator due to very very poor performance in battles despite it having an over-performing FM vs nerfed F-16 FM
You are literally contradicting yourself. They gave the mig the ERs and nerfed the flight performance at the same time
The mig-29 got the er in 2022 December or at least January 2023… got buffs and wasn’t nerfed substantially till June 2023
