Is it a bug that the RWR of the F-14A doesn’t warn me of any incoming missiles? no track/launching warnings either is a FOX-1 or FOX-3.

Nope, that’s just the way the RWR is, as it doesn’t have launch/lock warnings. If something is causing a tone to run continuously just assume you have been locked and fired upon.
