Question about gaijins privacy policy

Let’s say I was chat banned for 14 days for vulgarity and completed those 14 days. What are the privacy policies for these punishments? In other words, is the punishment and reason for punishment only between me and Gaijin? Would Gaijin have the right to disclose any information or correspondence or actions imposed by Gaijin to me?

Finally, would this impact any future activities such as applying for tournaments on the war thunder discord? Hypothetically of course

I believe the reason is only between the affected user and the moderator as part of Gaijin;

2.3. Data that is collected while you use our Games

  • §3,
Your content. We collect the data you make available while using our Services, such as your messages posted while playing our Games and your posts and comments on our forums, social media pages, and groups.

4.1. With whom do we share data?

  • §7,
Affiliates. We may share personal data with companies within the Gaijin group and affiliated entities.

  • §10,
Gaijin users. Other users of our Services may see some of your data when some Services features allow so. For example, your nickname, avatar (profile photo), and the data of your linked accounts (including Steam, PSN, and Apple Game Center accounts) are visible to other players. They can also see any content you post publicly within our Services and social networks (public messages on forums, attached files, etc.), or some of your game results (data of in-game ratings or leaderboards) and achievements.

But despite the provided information I recommend you getting in contact directly with the support at https://support.gaijin.net/hc or E-mail at [email protected] this should help.

If your real world name is Body Pillow, you may have a problem. But then you have a much bigger problem really… ;-)

But if not, how should your privacy be compromized? No one knows your real name? We have nick names for privacy.

Same for data of your linked accounts (including Steam, PSN, and Apple Game Center accounts)

Don’t disclose your real name in the internet!

I work at Gaijin entertainment and I will tell your friends about what you said stickerdl

would it affect potentially joining tournaments or streaming?

I don’t think so unless the team or the staff asks or request this information.

is gaijin legally allowed to disclose information of my punishment without my consent though?

yes
it’s not private information

whered you get this information?

Stop using vulgar words, you daft cunt. For fecks sake.

I mean, they post a whole list of all the usernames that got banned for cheating/botting.

As for chatbans, i dont recall them ever posting a list. But people can check through 3rd party websites (assuming the website is actually able to check)

yeah ive only ever recieved a chat ban.

Hah only? At least you haven’t gotten a 2 month chatban.

No, no information about your chat ban is published or disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent.

Don’t spread misinformation please.

Account bans yes, but also those without any information about details.

For chat related punishments there never was a list or any publishing of names and relevant content.

thank you!

Would you mind explaining how this is considered private information that would be illegal to share?

If that’s the case, why is there a banlist every month, sometimes specifically mentioning the type of offense for the ban?

Thanks
