Here, if you look at the minimap, I haven’t entered the enemy’s red zone yet, but it warns me that the enemy can see you.
The question is, does the enemy really see me when I didn’t enter the red zone, or does the game just warn me ahead of time?
The enemy can see you on the minimap when you get that message.
