Yes can pene 145 mm in paper but have 29grams tnt equivalent and no armor in other hand you have T-34 with troll armor and 150 TNT equivalent not to mention STZ that is basically Heavy Med
Not to mention APHE is broken angles of pen that they can pull are insane
Sure Jap and some other nation are uptiered as hell but that’s another issue

I mean I love the Pz IV H and I know that thing doesn’t care if it’s in 3.7 or 4.7 since the gameplay is the same due to the gun, armor and speed, so maybe 4.3 is the place since I haven’t reached 5.7 and that means I don’t know how the little thing performs there
+we can fill that 4.3 - 4.7 gap in the german tree medium tank line
