The T-28 was a development from a 1929 requirement for a infantry support and breakthrough tank, under the chief engineer S.Ginsburg and may have been inspired by the Vikers A1E1, but also affected by the German Großtraktor, which it has its running gear from. The result was a multi turret tank design with the L-10 gun in the main turret and 2 little turrets with 7,62 mm Mgs. While the design was satosfactory and taken, it was also ordeder by Stalin to also develop a Heavyer variant, which resulted in the T-35. With the first T-28 Prototype created sometime in 1931. With Main production starting in 1932 in the Kirov Factory in Leningrad, ready for service in August 1933 until 1941 with 503 produced.
The T-28E (which i am here suggesting) was the Uparmored variant, as it was found that the 20mm base armor was too thin to withstand even light AT fire such as from the 3,7 cm Pak L/45.
As Germany never really had enove Tanks and other vehicles they often used and/or modified Captured tanks to be better or fit a new roll, while Russian tanks were usually upgraded by a new tank cupola and recived new produced ammo, the T-28 (and E) were used as is, when there wasnt anything better available, while also not that bad.
The 76,2 mm L-10 Gun was along other similar models unified under the name 7,62 cm KwK L/30,5, as germany had enove and started own production of 76,2x385mmR Ammo.
With the base variant called Pz.Kpfw. T28 746(r) and the E beeing the V 748(r). (V standing for Verstärkt (Reinforced).
In Game it would give a Premium (or Event) alternative to Pz IVs, with a little more armor and firepower.
It would be a fun tank with new unique ammo available, only other found on the Marder III, tho with obvoiusly more power, as it uses the drilled out F-22 gun with 714mm casings. Similar, but not interchangable to the 718mm Pak 40 casings. With also a Unique German Dunkelgrau Coloring, as seen on Picture 3.

(I think here the Pzgr.39 Rot and Pzgr.39 were switched up, or it was used with a higher charge. Idk.
