I would like to suggest a new premium Pz 38(t) with the Wurfrahmen 40, similar to how the Matilda Hegehog allready is in game.
It would offer a another vehicle, that can fight like any other with normal cannon armarment, as well as having 2x Wurfrahmen 40, which are more or less aquivalent to 100 kg Bombs from planes, with great range, tho not so great accuracay. It would add another unique playstyle to the game to the lower ranks.

Just like the Pz I with the Wurfrahmen, on this only 2 rockets are mounted on the tanks, by that it can aim lower (as the rockets dont block each other) and shoot at targets closer by. But compared to the Sd.Kfz.251 it will have less ready ammo, tho can also be equipped like the Pz I with a trailer carrieng another 6-9 rockets to be reloaded on the go.

History:
The Wurfrahmen 40 was a offencive weapon designed to be a cheap mass attack weapon against groups of targets as well as fortified positions and less against individual targets, with the exception to self defence. It came in wooden or steel crates, which were both the transport and fireing container. Overall because of its designe and construction it was a really cheap and effective mass destruction weapon that could be readyed really quickly or fired as is from vehicles.
It was mounted mainly with 6x rockets on Sd.Kfz.251, but duo the need to get the armarment to the enemy and limited production capacity the rockets were also mounted (by factory and field mods) on a multitude of vehicles, including some Pz 38(t) of different versions.

The Pz 38(t) was one of the main tanks at the beginning of WW2 as construction of own tanks was still lacking and own Production of Pz 38(t) tanks in newer versions was effective into filling the holes in the ranks. It can allready be found in game as Ausf. A and F.

The 28 cm has the highes filler, the 30 cm is the fastest and usable at the closest range and the incendary has still good He filler with great Incendary filler, like incendary Bombs from planes.

Now this looks like an absolute blast to play! I would get this no matter how it shows up. +1! Hopefully it will show up around 2.0 BR.

Oh, this needs to be in game.

By chance, do you have any pictures of the trailer that can hold the additional rockets? After rereading this again, I was wondering if it could operate similar to like the Churchill crocodile. One thing that could work is add the trailer as a modification so you can choose to take it on or off before battle.

Its the plain Container and launcher combo. A modification would be good, as at the same time it would be a driving bomb.

Awesome! Thank you for sharing those pictures! I appreciate it!

Sure would make a great low tier squadron vehicle could be effective in Infantry mode for blasting a building.

Sadly it will be nothing but an event material. We haven’t really seen rocket atry systems in researchable TTs (except for those Hydra-launchers vehicles), and being this goofy, it is unlikely to even be a premium vehicle

I know it is highly unlikely to be a tech vehicle, but I’m going to be very excited if it turns out to be one eventually! Even if it’s an event, I’ll definitely grind this one though. It looks goofy and fun to play.

I’m certainly not opposed to this vehicle’s addition, but I think there are more important variants to be added in the tree. The Ausf.D and Ausf.S make sense as TT additions since they can fill the 1.7 slot between the Ausf.A and Ausf.F.
This variant is just too gimmicky to not be a premium/event vehicle, since it’s essentially the German RBT-5 equivalent.

I could see it added, if they make WT into a RTS game for aprils fools.
Otherwise it’s just a tank that is „special“ but not not needed or useful.

Maybe a WT Card game would also be fun 😄

That is 100% fair. I just really wanna see more Pz 38 (t) variants added into game and I like your suggestion for the D and S models!
