HMD becomes pretty common at 13.0 on these days, not to mention you will get uptiered to 13.3-13.7 occasionally so you will feel the difference even more.
If ADTW was locked to 13.0 mm only it wouldn’t be such an issue in the first place.

It doesn’t change a thing; HMD is a luxury that good players don’t let get to them you just need to avoid putting yourself in situations where HMD is a deciding factor.
