Turns out it was reversed… it still does not explain why it was different in a test drive vs a match however.

I think someone was playing with the “ammo handling” functionality in the dev environment and didn’t roll it back when it went to production.
Maybe… but I still don’t appreciate the possibility of different versions and performance of a vehicle in test drive and protection analysis compared to a match.
Yeah that would make finding battle loading suck. Glad they were able to fix it quickishly.
Well either that or just completely misleading armor performance… it’s already weird how easily targets in test drive are killed and always ammo racking and even consistent fuel explosions opposed to an actual match.
