Not necessarily, but I certainly wouldn’t complain if my German T-72 had 30mm less track armour than the Russian one at the same BR.
Ok? it seems balanced, and has fair weakspots, but the Is-6 is practically impenetrable from the front lmao, you cant move it down, its good as it is.
I really don’t know how to make this clearer. You see that giant thing, sticking out of the roof of the Front pack Tigers (and the H1)?
That cupola makes the kinda marginal increase in armor values that the Front pack Tigers have pointless against anyone who knows what they’re doing, since any tank they can see can easily pen there and decrew the turret.
The Tiger E (and No. 6 and Tigris) don’t have that weakspot. And since they can angle in a way that makes the immune to exactly the same guns the Front pack Tigers can, they are functionally immune to the US 75 and 76mm (and comparable guns). They are better protected, despite lacking hull track armor.
I’m not saying the hull track armor is useless. It makes angling a bit more forgiving, and will catch misplaced rounds from people who don’t know where to aim. And if there was a BR between 5.7 and 6.0, they’d belong in that spot, since they are technically a straight upgrade to the H1. But since the advantages they have fall apart if you come across anyone who knows where to shoot on Tiger H1s, they aren’t comparable to Tigers who don’t have the same exploitable weakspot.

So we judge a vehicle’s strength based solely on armor alone? the reload, sight zoom and gun handling doesn’t influence the vehicle overall performance?

Strongly beg to differ many tanks can kill it frontally, also the T29 can see 6.0 that literally cannot kill it
Well, if thats the case, should we move the maus to 7.3 too? the armor is strong, but it has a bad reload.

I have played these vehicles, and fought these vehicles. The Ho ri can bounce heat and APDS with ease. So yes I have my reasons, if I explained every single thing it would take hours.
But hey, the density of players when their favorite seal clubbed may get meted is insane .
