The KV-1E and B need to go up. Their armour for their BR is unreasonable, and they don’t have any distinct downsides apart from poor mobility and an OK gun.
So they cant go anywhere, cant kill much as you stated with an OK guy at its Current BR, soooo increase its BR to become - cant go anywhere, bad gun, but hey - armor can, oh wait - cant take it anymore.!

The kv1s at 4.7 keeps using pretty much the same OK gun just 10mm more of pen and the apcr which i would say it is a fair trade for it extra armor of those two

Well the jumbo was nerfed from the br where the tiger was to it’s current br, so youre supporting the US nerf.
Jumbo was moved up because he perform extremly well in 6.3 Right now is fine and about Tigers, all are perfect in his actual BRs. (Of course for russian mains are op of courseee).

Out of all the rounds I fired from the conquerer into an enemy, only a few shattered, and they are my fault for terrible shot placement.
Even bad shots still lead to massive disablement or destruction.

This tank is just awful, it has no redeemable qualities. It’s a significantly worse M48 (which is already an incredibly average tank) at the same BR.
The ammo options are pretty awful. The AP has barely any pen for the caliber, the APDS does almost no damage, and the HEATFS is HEATFS. It’s pretty much impossible to one tap things, and the damage you do is pretty negligible.
You also have a 10 second reload aced, more than 3 seconds longer than the M48 for an objectively worse gun (M48 has APHE and HEATFS, at least, and the 90mm HEATFS only loses 60mm of pen compared to 105mm HEATFS.).
Your armor might seem okay and that’s true for the hull. But go to the armor analysis and you’ll realize that your turret cheeks can be penned by almost anything. The neck of the turret is a mere ~160mm (pennable by the 17-pounder and KwK42) and the “pike” on the cheek is literally about 110mm thick. Not to mention, you have the famous American cupola which loves to get you killed.
As for mobility, it’s… okay. Slightly slower than the M48 but still okay. It won’t win any races but it’s also not obnoxiously slow.
There are literally no positives to using it or any quirks you can take advantage of. It’s just dogsh*t. Mediocre or bad at everything.
