And that’s enough for it’s BR, especially when combined with APHE. The Shermans of the same BR only have 104, and the Churchill VII at 4.7 has 104 without APHE.
You shouldn’t be dying to an M5A1 in your Kv-1E/B
It is super OP, because its armour can easily resist almost any gun it faces when angled. To put it simply: its armour increase is worst 0.7 Brs over the standard Kv-1, because plenty of 100mm thick armour is unreasonable at 4.0. In the 41 matches I’ve played, I have only 3 losses, and a KD of 4.42, which says to me that it needs to go up in BR.
I have no idea how you can call something not OP when you have a KD of 3.31 in the E, and 3.55 in the B.

Not as much as the B. Like I said before, the B has the benefit of not seeing giant German guns.
This just proves my point more. Enough for its br, no higher.
Also, as I said previously, the German one is ultimately better.
why add all the .3 or .7 BS thats the only reason why we get uptiers just get rid of them and have them at 3.0 5.0 ect stop adding the .3 and .7

Both of them are equally good, and deserve the same BR.
And it’s enough for 4.0, and enough for 4.3. You can’t give something 5.X equivalent armour with a 3.X gun and put it at 4.0. I genuinely don’t understand how anyone can think that it isn’t OP.

I would say it’s more like 4.3 armor, and a 3.7 gun.
Take for example the KV-1C, it’s got 4.7 / 5.0 armor but a 3.7’s cannon. Therefore the cannon makes up the difference.
I said it already, I don’t think they’re equal, they’re close, but based on what they’re going to face makes a difference.

I’m 99% sure the Kv-1E/B has better armour than than the C does. The Kv-1C also has a 4.0/4.3 level gun, and it only shows up so low due to German players sucking, and the Panzers being sub par platforms when compared to Shermans or T-34s.
