I logged onto my account for the first time in like a year to find my account banned. I contacted tech support and i felt like my questions were not being answered so i closed the ticket in frustration. Since then all of my subsequent tickets keep getting closed. I evidently am unsure of the proper way to go about this. I have tried being very polite and open to following any instruction from tech support so its not like i have been cursing them out in messages or anything rude.

I contacted them about my account having been hacked but my attempts (of which there have been several) keep getting closed after my first conversation proved more confusing than helpful. Should i wait a period of time before trying again?
In this case, support is the only option. It’s over bro.
