I logged onto my account for the first time in like a year to find my account banned. I contacted tech support and i felt like my questions were not being answered so i closed the ticket in frustration. Since then all of my subsequent tickets keep getting closed. I evidently am unsure of the proper way to go about this. I have tried being very polite and open to following any instruction from tech support so its not like i have been cursing them out in messages or anything rude.

I contacted them about my account having been hacked but my attempts (of which there have been several) keep getting closed after my first conversation proved more confusing than helpful. Should i wait a period of time before trying again?

His stats are average as hell, it’s impossible for someone who cheated to have a stat this mediocre lol
I don’t know how to look into this, perhaps check the replay to see if he don’t even played any of those matches then chances are someone else logged into his account.
Stats don’t mean they didn’t automate things, or try using such things to fix those stats.

I’ve never used any cheat or modified the game client. In the day before my account was banned I played Far Cry for a day and I used Wemod and DLC modifier for Far Cry, I forgot to turn off the mod when I started to play War Thunder. But this modifier can’t work in War Thunder and can not modify any game files. Support told me my account was banned for cheating but I swear I didn’t.

It’s a very real reason to run everything without any changes. It’s just not worth the risk, and mods and stuff break things commonly.
