Iā€™m getting annihilated by german 5.7 heavy cruisers REGULARLY in my 5.7 Kirov.

Yeah, Prinz Eugen is much better than other 5.7 cruisers.

Better to have 1 slightly overtiered ship than have 1 other ship grief every single other ship at its br like the Admiral Hipper do.

Ok, damage model have been reversed (again and again)
So, HE do not do any damage now.

Eugen is now invincible from DDs.

Bring it back to 6.0 or decrease naval maximum uptier to 0.4
