Basically, In a 1:60 chance. One of your matches will have 3 teams. Red, Blue, And Green.
For rules:
First, Each team consistently consists of 12 consistent players (So a 12v12v12)
Second, Only large maps can host 3 teams, With either 1, 3, or 6 Capture points. (Maps like red desert, European province, and Hurtgen Forest)
Third, There is an increase of 50% RP/SL for these matches.

Everything else stays relativity the same. This is mostly for ground but can also go for air as well.

I dont see why you would want to have 3 teams, rather have 12v12 in a big map.

You know, not a bad change or something new. I would of gone with 1 nation vs 1 nation vs 1 nation. Zero 2+ nations in 1 team. Just 1.
