Preparing Pilots of the Future: Catalogue of Trainers in War Thunder

Welcome to this post! In this post I am going to try to keep a list of every single trainer aircraft in War Thunder. If I am missing any, please mention them down below or PM me about them. Thank you.

Note that the emblems I use for the vehicles are not the actual ones used by War Thunder, just a lookalike I found in my emoji section.

Yes I’m aware the Yak-7 was the trainer not the Yak-7B. But the airframe is still that of a trainer, so I included it

Just like the Yak-7B, the J6B itself isn’t a trainer, but it’s airframe was used as a trainer at some points in history. Idk if this deserves the spot tbh

I believe the M-346 block 5+ is a trainer, isn’t the FA technically a light fighter?

They’re going by airframes for the list instead of specific models

So includes stuff like the Yak-7B and J6B as well

id also put Hawk 200 and 200 RDAdown as a trainer for britain and the 209 for japan, the hawk started as a trainer (which can also be armed) but the 200 family is pretty heavily modified compared to the T.1. If a saab 105 counts these probs should too.
