It is indeed my guess is Gaijin modeled the Italian Bf 109 with more current sources then when they added the German ones.

Both planes are identical when fully spaded - the sole difference is that you usually have better team mates whilst flying the Italian version.

Only fools rely on stat cards or in-game descriptions, you as experienced player are fully aware of this. Download WRTI and try to get real data, gaijin has a very long history of messing thing up. If in doubt, try a common sense test: Which plane in an identical airframe, but with way more hp available is just a few kmph faster?

they are different BRs for the different performance not game mode they are both for realistic.
