Yeah, I have tested it. Without premium, normal easy battles mosty winning. With premium account, all battles after that are defeats, no matter if I’m first in the scoreboard, it’s always a defeat because of team it gives to this battles are like dying flies.
After premium account expires, I feel the shift in battles immediately.

If they would like to opensource atleast the matchmaking system it would be better for everyone
It just doesn’t make sense that a company would make it harder for the players who pay money (I know all premium isn’t paid for, but I feel the majority would be).
It would be more plausible to say that people paying money get it easy.
If it gets easier after premium expires, then don’t get premium?

99% of the time with conspiracy theories like these, its skill issue on part of the poster.

Now, let us for a moment assume that this is not any of the above reasons but that he indeed had a drop in win rate. As most of the premium users do not experience this, it may need an explaination.
Facts:
His win rate is very low indeed, it is at 45%.
He plays mainly arcade ground.
He has reached level 23
Possibble explainations:
He was in a sekrit noob protection pool (which is something even serious players consider possible)
Playing arcade ground with no regard to death hands the win to the enemy via air spawns.
He had premium while a tank event or task was on.

Lol. I have a counterpoint then applying the same logic: when I bought my Pz.Sfl.Ic, I got 7 days premium account. In those seven days, it seemed like I lost almost none of the matches I played. Except that’s just what it felt like. The WR was 52%… it was confirmation bias!!!

I started playing WT more than 10 years ago. During all these years I had premium time activated several times and never ever experienced what you’re complaining about. I highly doubt that matchmaker could take into account who’s using and who’s not premium.
