its more a 3.5 airframe configurated for intercept and short distance attack missions, some classify it as a gen 4 aircraft
I’m rather enjoying the new premo viggen tbh, only used it in ARB so far but it’s a kill a game at least I’ve found, quite enjoy how it flies too
Uptiers are certainly a little hard on it but also very enjoyable imo.
I like to play quite aggressively though so perhaps that’s something that lends itself well to this plane
I think I’m approx 1:1 in it currently, so whilst not brilliant it’s not meh either to give average at best me that kind of initial k/d imo
Oh, I still think it was right buying it. Because that JA35XS(?) is even harder and and less consistent for grinding in my opinion.

So true…! They should have a Swedish JAS-39D as a Squadron Vehicle.
Many people play only realistic battles, fewer people play arcades and even fewer play simulators.
People argue over price first and then its battle rating or vice versa, Idk.
But as a main of Swe, I can understand the BR issue, the JA37D itself is an average plane at 12.0, and applying it to a much higher BR straight away in top tier battles seems especially harsh.

or i’ve used a xshare program to screenshot just that window, it’s a works PC 1920x1080 has sensitive information on it hence the screen grab, at home i have a 42" OLED @ 3840 x 2160

I’m sorry but I test flew that plane and it is not worth the $80 price tag at all. Acceleration is poor, and nothing for attacking ground targets is another deal breaker. Idk if it’s worth it even when it goes on sale for 50%.

You heavily misinterpret, not selling/advertising any vehicles - look at the weapon names (AIM instead of RB)
Yeah $80 for any vehicle is bonkers, an easy pass. But with its 3000 GE and 20 days premium I’ll snap it up at $40, which I guess is expected to come sometime in Q2 '25.
