I agree, it would be the same situation as the F-4 ICE, even if R-77s are pretty garbo.
Su-39 getting R-77’s and being placed at 13.0 would make it a good AV-8B+ equivalent, while giving the Su-25T a reason to be used if you own the Su-39.

What logic does that argument have if the F-14A has Fox-3 and is at 12.7, not to mention the F-14A IAF which is at 12.7 literally surpasses the MiG-21 Bison in almost everything, we are talking about an aircraft that can suppress the great most aircraft in the game and when it comes to 12.7 it literally has no rival in the br at high altitudes, the br F-14A IAF has no meaning almost all the games it kills 2 to 3 kills, like the f-20a like the MiG2-21 Bison have the ability to not even support fighting just when they are fighting, as in the case of the MiG-21Bison 13.3 and the f-20A, which is worse at the top tier, it is certainly inferior airplanes, knowing the high cost of 75 dollars is not so profitable for the vast majority of people who are looking for a bulleted airplane and that it is an enjoyable product

The only cases in which both aircraft are effective is in medium and short-range combat and that depending on whether they face more or less modern platforms, almost all aircraft of their br and above are more capable and better in weapons and maneuverability, the In most cases they have no chance of competing and I bet that if you play 100 games you will realize that they are not comfortable in their br and the people who buy these products are purely for fun since these planes. iconic

Balancing does not work on arbitrary statistics like that. If it received R-77s it would be 13.0-13.3, likely 13.0. It is a similar vehicle to the J-8F and Kfir Blk 60, not the F-15C or J-10A.
2240 km/h is also Mach 1.81, not Mach 2 or more.

did you use google? because 2240kph is into the Mach 2 range at altitudes where you can reach Mach 2, at 10,000m+ the Speed of sound decreases with altitude
