The Su-30MKI is an Indian contract. It wouldn’t exist without India, flat out.
Saying Su-30MKI is Russian is like saying F-16 and Abrams aren’t American cause they use European tech.

Got it. So the fact that it is a Russian aircraft means nothing. The Romanian LanceR won’t go to Russia. The MiG-29K also doesn’t go to Russia. All of the P-51’s come to the UK? Actually that last part I agree with. Also the T-14 tank.

Russia didn’t fund it, they didn’t put it into service, they had nothing to do with it other than a private company using some of its parts for the project.
They are produced in Nashik India, produced by HAL under license from Sukhoi, a private company.
Is the AV-8B British because it uses British parts despite being designed, funded, etc by request from America? And of course produced in USA…

I was really happy to hear from a dev whether the Mig 21 BISON will get the R-77 in the future or not before I buy it.

Yeah sure, who cares that about 50 Su-30MKI were built fully in Russia and most of others that built in India is just assembling of ready parts from Russia. And who cares that it was designed by Russia. Oh, and yes, ZERO presence of Britain in Su-30MKI or any other Russia-India vehicles. Even France has more reasons to have India-Russia vehicles than Britain.
