Classic gaijin, they will surely keep the stabilizer off. They just won’t give french tech tree anything good. Anything good but “optional” for a french vehicle means “impossible”, while if it’s for a russian vehicle, it means “must”. they are two poles, and other nation trees are between them, high or low. Remember, the tml105 early turret also has the stabilizer “optional”, and they have rather deleted the cv90 tml105 than opted the better option.

Its kinda scummy how it’s just a paid better version of the DF105, having better gun depression, a 20mm and most importantly a lrf which makes long range shooting actually possible with that low velocity heat.
Also funny how the shells in the X-ray are all apfsds while it only has access to heat.

Honestly, just buy the TURMS III. Its the basically the same as the Clovis but better coax and a better gun

I already have the Turms, i wont ever buy the Clovis, just pointing out how its blatant ptw
Technically irl it could fire apds or apfsds unsure to which it was on a doc.
I have no idea why this gets to sit at 8.0 while objectively being better than the DF105, actually if this got an apds round it could be 8.7 easily.

Again proving my point it could fire at least APDS IRL, turns out it could fire APFSDS. Nice.
However it should also then get it’s stab, dart and move to 9.3 where it belongs.

- 2 the thing you see from the tech trees is called the DF105.
Clovis is a premium at the same BR with the same hull, same gun, however an additional coaxial 20MM machine gun and a laser range finder.
Has this in the tech tree? the DF105 was given to france last year AKA 2025, 5 years after it had been added, when ti should of been there from the get go.

No. If you want an upgraded version, you can go ahead and push for a different version/upgrade of the CLOVIS which can be researched or purchased.
There are already plenty of 9.3 vehicles all over the place, many premiums too. Plenty to choose from already.
Get the TAM 2IP if you want something good for Germany and is already at 9.3 in both AB and RB.
If it get’s a dart, and a stabiliser combined with decent mobility, Laser range finder and a 20MM ? YOu can bet it’ll go to 9.3 easily.
That is completely irrelevant if a vehicle is overperforming for it’s BR which the CLOVIS should already be 8.3 / 8.7 , if it gets a dart but no stab then 8.7.
It’s currently a premium, which sits at the same BR as it’s tech tree counter part, but is better.
I’ve got germany at top tier sir, as well as the tam2 IP which should be 9.7 but hey ho.

Problem with that being that there was only one prototype built with all of the currently missing equipment included.
Although I’d certainly appreciate if gaijin added the accurate version in addition (As I doubt they’ll fix the premium one since it’d affect the br they want it to be at)
