It’s in the British tree, as it was entirely produced by Canada and was a dominion of the UK during WW2. Therefore, being a vehicle of the UK, it is in the UK tree.
There is no reason for the CL-13 to be in the “Canadian tree” (there isn’t one buddy) as it’s a German vehicle. Both the CL-13 Mk.5 and Mk.6 are vehicles operating under JG 73, and are represented as such.
The Bhishma* does not at all combat this ideology, as it’s a purely Indian vehicle. India, being a non-alligned nation that was strongly controlled by and still has relations to Britain, was thus put in the UK tree.

Remember the British didn’t ask for the 2A4M CAN in their tree first. the Canadians did.

I don’t see anybody requesting the 2A4M to be in the UK tree. The primary 2A4M suggestion doesn’t lean towards either tree.
